Welcome to the online home of McKee Road Baptist Church! We are thankful that you decided to check us out. Our church has been a part of the Bakersfield community for over 60 years. At MRBC you will find a close knit family of believers dedicated to loving the Lord and loving others through Christ.
Our church offers a youth group for kids and teens, as well as a nursery for the little ones. In services our music is traditional and our preaching is typically verse by verse. So many churches today are changing but at MRBC we are “Still Preaching the Old Fashioned Gospel.”
We are aware of the danger Covid 19 poses to people’s health. We desire to be responsible citizens while obeying God as well. We have temperature checks at the door as well as offering and encouraging people to wear masks. If you have any symptoms or have been exposed to a Covid positive person we respectfully ask that you abstain from services until the recommended isolation period has passed.
